We wish to challenge all of our readers to a “Simple Gratitude Exercise”.

  1. Take a moment to think of three or more persons in your life for whom you are grateful.

  2. Put these names down on paper and list the reasons you are grateful they are in your life.

  3. Reach out to each of these special people whether by phone, email or snail mail and let them know why you’re grateful to have them in your life.

  4. Thank them in a big way for being a positive and influential part of your journey.

We ask you to do this for you!  Positive Psychology Studies find that when we show gratitude and express our appreciation for the gifts in our lives we boost our sense of happiness and wellbeing. It also increases our energy, empathy, and optimism; so why don’t we do this every day?
We would like to send our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude, to all the people who have enriched our lives, in big ways and in small kindnesses.  Also we are thankful for those of you who have challenged us to do our best, those who stood beside us in good moments and challenging moments, and those who continue to make it easy to value your relationship. We appreciate the trust you place in our services. We are thankful for this and so much more!
