Grateful Exercise for Thanksgiving.

I have enjoyed reading many well written blog posts regarding Gratitude for Thanksgiving. This compelled me to add my own Gratitude post. My personal experience with WeightWatchers teaches you to record everything you eat and measure the points to help you gain control over your eating. To gain control over your spending we recommend recording all of your expenses on a daily basis for a short period of time. These strategies help you to change from the inside out and allows you to acknowledge that the smallest things you do have an impact.

Recognizing Gratitude on a daily basis could change the way you view your situation. All the advice on Gratitude tells us to write down a sentence or two about what you have to be grateful for each day. It does not matter how many days you do this, set your own goal whether one or 100.  Start today and do one every day this week.  Here is my first gratitude:
